Anyone have a light and fluffy white bread oven recipe?

My husband LOVES the village hearth cottage white bread. It is expensive and I would love to find a bread recipe I can make from scratch (in the oven). I have tried 2 recipes and both ended up too firm, heavy, etc. Does anyone have a recipe they use that ends up fluffy, airy and light? I would also love a whole wheat recipe I can use for the kids that is light and fluffy as well!
