Help! my xbox account got hacked?

i fell for a little ****** by the name of FluffyPenguin who said they would upgrade my rank to inheritor on halo reach. i was gullable and i sent him my password and email. he hacked my account. now i cant play on live cause my profile is gone. i called microsoft and they locked my account until they find Flufffy Penguin and ban him. anyone know what i can do? ps dont ever play with Fluffy Penguin
