Is arrogance the end result of years of military success-and does this lead to underestimating the enemy?

When you are big, you are slow and immobile. When you are small you are swift agile adaptable.Not understanding this is pure arrogance.America only seems to win because they only ever pick on weaker countries. It is pure cowardice. They will never attack China based on my premise alone, and because they would have to sell treasury bonds to china to fund another war anyway. The US is a basket case, broken and disheveled like a piece of flotsam and jetsum in a polluted lake.
