Are liquid concealers best applied with fingers or a fluffy brush?

Fingers are good you can use your pinky and wash your hands first so it does not add oil and if you don't not a big deal it only adds 1% of oil to your skin. so if you use concealer under your eyes it is easier to get all of the purple even with your skin tone. Trust my hun i'm a Mac Stylist. :)
