Can anyone help me with money? my wife and our three kids, need help getting caught up on bills.?

I recently got diognosed with kidney failure, and cant return to work, now we have to wait, for social security to get some steady income, we have about 6 loans, and we are behind $2000, so im asking if anyone could spare this much, to help us out, it would be a real blessing, for us, thank u and god bless.
