Can someone help me with my iTunes account?

Whenever I try to download an app I get redirected to a page where it asks me for ny security code for my credit card. Then I put the secirity code in and I know its right but it says that the code is invalid. I dont know what to do if somebody could help me I would really appreciate it (: thanks.
