Computer help Urgent!!!?

bro take ur data back up in a disc and format the pc coz she made the virus so antivirus doesnt have the information (update) or simply anaswer that que ................o-o-or try once deny first take data back up. and next time turn off the pop ups ....................................and dont allow any one to install softaware remotely ,, such kind of stuffs.......................
