How is suicide a selfish and cowardly act?

They say you're disregarding the feelings of other people.So you should want to live a life of misery cause your family and friends might get their feelings hurt?Isn't that selfish they're thinking about themselves and not the suicidal one.So you should want to live not for yourself but for your family?So what if your family and friends will feel sad for God's sake the pain is bearable!And not only that but it's not cowardly it's not easy to kill yourself.
