Is the footlall parlance of 'Playing Away' cowardly?

The footballer , I think from Wales , has dipping his wick without due consideration to the ones he supposedly loves , then requires an injunction in Law to hide the fact. Any normal fella on this planet would have to bear the brunt of his actions if he was caught and they are always caught 100%. Does lots of money , wasted on solicitors , work in the end? Playing Away from home is not always successful.
