Is Paul Ryan showing how truly cowardly he is?

Classic conservative cowardice. "My plan to kill Medicare is my plan to kill Medicare because I am so though, intimidating, smart and strong." (Later, after he realizes everybody rejects him): "The problem is you are all too stupid to understand that my plan to kill Medicare is my plan to save Medicare. You just need me to explain it to you. I never said that, they said that and they're lying. They're just trying to scare you with lies and that's not fair! Wah, wah wah! I'm telling mommie on you!"
