What do i do with a baby chicken that hatched from its mother?

theres another egg yet to hatch; but last time when i left the chick in the nest with the mother and another egg that didnt hatch yet and the mother like smashed it in the bottom of the nest and she also smashed the other egg at the bottom. they were just like flattened. so what should i do with this one? its already dry and fluffy, should i keep it with its mother or take it away?
