WHy are people on here so rude sometimes?

This is a help forum and to all of you people who post rude things to people when they are genuinely asking for help...wow you must be really miserable with your own life. Quite pathetic actually. Nothing better to do than harass people online? Thats a cowardly move if I ever saw one.
