Im flying california to hawaii and i want to bring a few things?

im 15. i want to bring a pack of cigs in my suitcase. can lighters pass through security. i could probably have someone older carry them through security then they can put them in my bag. also can i bring an unopened bottle of over the counter drugs? please don't criticize i'm just asking if ill be in danger or not.
